My Top Graphic Novel Pairings

I had been meaning to post this for months but hadn't gotten round to it till now. I'll update the post as soon as I can recall my other ships. Here goes:

#05: Wally West / Shayera (The Flash / Hawkgirl)

I loved them on Justice League Unlimited. Most viewers would say that they make better siblings, which I understand and agree with to some extent, but one can always dream. Not to mention there's John John and Hawkman in the way. XP

#04: Oliver Queen / Dinah Laurel Lance (Green Arrow / Black Canary)
The two of them were awesome fighters in Justice League the animated series as well as other spin-offs. Their ongoing banters are hilarious.

#03: Garth Ranzz / Imra Ardeen (Lightning Lad / Saturn Girl)

Garthra is a more recent ship that I've jumped on since the LSH animated series premièred. While the animated series (with less-than-pleasing character designs) featured them less, it sufficiently showed a kid-friendly version of the tension between them. In the comics though, the tension between them is amplified in folds, especially in the matters of co-leadership and jealousy.

#02: Remy LeBeau / Anna Marie (Gambit / Rogue)

Frankly, they should have been no. 1 on my list since I've been shipping them since 2001. A classmate also watched X-men the animated series and introduced me to the Romy ship. At that time, I had been neutral towards Gambit and was secretly shipping Cyclops/Rogue, but the crazy Cajun grew on me after his hilarious attempts at hitting on Rogue. By the time Romy was obviously canon on the show, I was like "O what the heck, I'm in." Along the way, my encounters with Rogue/random guy ships only made me lose confidence in my Marvel-verse OTP. I was even shipping Rogan (Rogue/Logan) at one time (thanks to the X-men movie).

#01: Bigby Wolf / Snow White

Wolverine grew on me, so it's no surprise that Bigby would too. I'm all for ships with strong characters who are independent as well as mutually dependent, so this ship was right up my alley and jumped right to the top of my list ever since my recent stumble upon this lovely Fables series.
