Dean and Sam's brotherly love towards each other is admirable, though the desperate measures they take to save each other are rather questionable at times. They love yet hate each other, flaws and all. These boys have been through hell and back for each other and have suffered unimaginable consequences. Such is life - we live, make mistakes and live with the consequences of our actions. All those emotional love-hate struggles are so relatable. Castiel is such a delightful addition to the team. I can't imagine SPN without him. Even Crowley. Can you imagine that? I hated him at first. Over the past few days, I had received distressing messages from loved ones about conflicts among themselves and had been feeling troubled night and day. After some time, I felt a bible verse brought to my mind: For my yoke is easy and my burden is light. Later that day, a friend, who had become aware of my distress, came up to me and comforted me with the exact same verse. It was a confirmation of God's assuring message to me to give my burdens over to Him in exchange of a lighter load. The next day, while I was attending a church service, a pastor spoke aloud the same verse, punctuating the silence during a Holy Communion procession. This was the third affirmation for me. Thank you, Lord. I hope this encourages you not to give up and to observe the good that God is doing through the people around you. If you are willing, He can lead you to bring a word or act of comfort to the wounded. You may very well be that spring of living water in the desert.

While I do not have any strong inclination towards either ends of the political spectrum, I just found it interesting that the scriptwriters have been doing their best to make the dialogues as witty and relevant as possible, voicing various public opinions regarding unpredictable changes in the current political climate in the US and the world. Just a shout out to everyone to stay alert while crossing the roads. Yesterday, while I was heading to work, a father in front of me crossed the pedestrian crossing at a four-way road junction, with his two little girls hand-in-hand, while staring at his mobile phone, and was just about to make a phone call. The traffic lights had just turned green for the vehicles but without checking, he had assumed they were for the pedestrians. Thankfully, the drivers on the incoming path had noticed them and began honking at them. At the same time, I shouted at them and, finally realising the gravity of the situation, the father pulled his daughters back on this side of the road. Thank God everyone was safe!

Did God create everything, including sin? God created everything and it was good. He also loved His creation and wanted us to know and love Him without forcing it on us. He gave us free will. It is not free will if we are forced to love Him. Since we have free will, sin is actually doing something that goes against the intended purpose of its creation. The creation itself is good, but when used in a way that twists God's purpose for it, that's disobedience. Recommended reading:  Who created sin? God or Satan? Sin is an abstract man-made concept that cannot be created or destroyed. It's just like science - who can say who created science? The phenomenon of good and evil are concepts governed by rules and laws. When God spoke, creation came into being through certain rules that He set.
