Thank you for the much-needed gift, dear sis. I must admit that for most of my life, I have had to suppress my emotions because they were negative and non-beneficial to the people around me and I felt guilty for feeling those things. Every time I see the way my parents treat each other, my wounds reopen and I feel grief all the time that I rarely ever felt hope or happiness. What I have learnt so far: It is natural to feel emotions because they flow from the heart. These emotions can be directed to feel rightly by recalibrating our hearts to value things rightly.

It is always good to do some research about our worst enemy on the internet - trolls.      There are many kinds of trolls: mountain trolls, forest trolls and water trolls. A troll is an ugly and dirty creature. Flies and moths swarm around trolls, and shrubs and weeds sprout from their noses and ears. Many of them have tails. Some of these are short and stubby. The troll hags or women are uglier still. They have long, red, crooked noses and some of them even carried their heads under their arms.      Some trolls have more than one head. This makes it difficult for the troll at mealtimes because the different heads get hungry at different times.
