She is someone who works for the good of others and generally follows rules or orders, unless she is threatened or the rules go against her conscience. Jeremy - works to fight X.A.N.A and to save the world, but can sometimes bend or break rules for selfish reasons (e.g. for Aelita, treating Franz Hopper's sacrifice as collateral damage). Jim - works for the good of others at heart, but uses less-than-satisfactory means of achieving that, often to the displeasure of others. More brawn than brains. Yumi - dislikes skipping classes and tries to go by the books, sometimes making others see her...

So I've created a Generator Rex character alignment chart, complete with quotes, solely based on my interpretation of the main characters. It's alright if you disagree. Just comment below to state your reasons. I might consider making more of these charts for other shows. Credit for the pictures go to Gen Rex wiki  and Google image search. Explanation: Dr. Holiday - works to save lives and is relatively by-the-book. Noah - wants to help people, plays by the rules but also appreciates spontaneity and free expression. Rex - does good by healing evos, but also likes the action. Often violates Providence's orders. White Knight - by-the-book, adheres strictly to protocol and expects officers to do the same. Agent Six - believes every choice has a consequence. He has been on both sides of the law. Stoic and adaptable. Bobo - does good, likes guns and action, but knows how to exploit loopholes to pamper himself. Circe - ...

Superpowers of any character from any show usually fall under at least 1 of any of these  types (adapted and compiled from Mutant X and other superhero or good vs evil shows): Elemental: The control of natural science and the forces of nature.
