Encouragement amidst angst - Supernatural

I was watching Supernatural Season 5 Episode 11, "Sam, Interrupted" and it was one hell of a mindasdf.

But despite all the rage and madness, the closing scene really struck me so I decided to post it here in the hope that it may provide angry people like us some sort of encouragement that we're not alone. Heck, the brothers are like the earthly parallel of the heavenly war. Having the weight of the world on your shoulders is no easy feat. It sucks. So yeah, just when I think I'm having it bad, there's always someone out there who's had it worse.

Closing scene (*parts have been edited out due to spoilers)

Sam: Most of the time, I can hide it... but I am angry! I'm mad at everything! *...but it's not their fault! It's not them, it's ME! It's inside me! I'm mad... ALL the time, and I don't know why!

Dean: Stop. Stop it. So what if you are? What are you gonna do? Take a leave of absence? You gonna say 'yes' to Lucifer? What?

Sam: No! Of course not! I-

Dean: Exactly. And that's exactly what you're gonna do. You're gonna take all that crap and you're gonna bury it! You're gonna forget about it because that's how we keep going! That's how we don't end up like Martin! Are you with me? Come on man, are you with me?

Sam: I'm with you.

Dean: Good. Let's get the hell outta here.
