G.I. Joe: Renegades Season 1 Finale

One word: Awesome. It was full-on action from start to finish.

Sometimes, I just want to smack some emotion into Scarlett whenever she makes decisions based on the overall priority of the situation. Looks like Ripcord is just a side dish compared to the mass device, which is just unfair, considering that the team's lost him once before. Shouldn't he be given more importance? Even Cobra Commander considers him the future of humankind. *Snickers at Tunnel Rat's comment*

When the team had to split up, I knew it was going to be good. Roadblock, Tunnel Rat & Duke? Great. Snake Eyes & Scarlett? Hell yeah. The main gripe I have is: Where is the Snake Eyes/Duke showdown?! But other than that, all's good.

The part where Scarlett saved her dad brought back the nostalgic feeling of saving Grandpa Max from the null void (Ben 10: Alien Force).

And the Duke VS Cobra Commander battle explained how Duke got a vertical scar across one eye. Now why do I have a little tear in my eye for CC's underlings? And why do I feel like smacking the military for spending the entire season trying to hunt the Joes down, only to congratulate them at the end? (That's probably nothing compared to what Zuko did in Avatar: The Last Airbender.)

Anyway, it all ends in a cliffhanger finale. So I presume there's a season 2? Please say there'll be season 2... Please? Darn. There's not gonna be a season 2. Looks like the more profitable shows get extended as usual.
