The Right to Disconnect from Work

I don't need an advert persuading me to get another phone. (A switching of accounts on my phone works fine for me.) I just need the assurance that I am not expected to respond to after-work "urgent" calls, texts and emails about work. If I wanted to work in the emergency department, I would have applied for that job.
