Identifying My Distractions & Eliminating/Setting Time Limits on Them
  1. daydreaming/pondering (kicks in when I'm stressed) --> ???
  2. "urgent" e-mails and queries (that causes anxiety) --> write it down and tackle them at a later time
  3. other hobbies/interests (things I would rather do)

Controlling My Environment

Identifying my triggers (5 senses):
  1. Sight: clutter
  2. Sound: sudden loud noises, constant talking
  3. Taste: dehydration
  4. Touch: anything that causes an itch, discomfort (from sweat and oil)
  5. Smell: delicious food
Suggested places to work in: A quiet
  • Library
  • Office
  • Study room
  • Study corner
