Identifying My Distractions & Eliminating/Setting Time Limits on Them
- daydreaming/pondering (kicks in when I'm stressed) --> ???
- "urgent" e-mails and queries (that causes anxiety) --> write it down and tackle them at a later time
- other hobbies/interests (things I would rather do)
Identifying my triggers (5 senses):
- Sight: clutter
- Sound: sudden loud noises, constant talking
- Taste: dehydration
- Touch: anything that causes an itch, discomfort (from sweat and oil)
- Smell: delicious food
