Arslan Senki

Arslan Senki has quickly risen to the top of my watchlist priority in recent weeks.


Hits:

• Overpowered characters like Daryun and Narsus (similar in personality to Kurogane & Faye from Tsubasa Chronicle)
• The "Hakuouki"-like ED.
• Down-to-earth and good-natured Arslan (who behaves like Alphonse in Edward's body from Fullmetal Alchemist).
• Fantastic backdrops and character designs similar to FMA: Brotherhood.
• Arakawa Hiromu created its manga version, which is very promising.
• With Narsus around, you can be sure that battle strategies are involved.

Misses:

• The disappointing OP by Uverworld.
• Overpowered main team. Tsubasa Chronicle was like that too, only with 3 OP characters. Sakura played the wallflower for most of the episodes, anyway.
